iTunes app not working

    Anyone else having problems with the iTunes app? All I get is a white screen when I open it up on both my iPhone and iPad.

    Try removing it from your fast app switcher by double pressing the home button and then sliding up on the app icon. Press the home button again, and relaunch.

    Did that as well as a hard reset, no good

    Mine was doing that yesterday.

    I left it alone for about 10 minutes, and when I returned, the content had appeared, and it's been working since.

    Perhaps some funny process or update running for some accounts?

    Try opening it up, and leaving it be..
