I've been experiencing an issue with iTunes that has never happened to me before yesterday. It's not syncing every single album for certain artists. For instance, for Chance the Rapper, I have Acid Rap, 10 Day, and Coloring Book on my computer but I can only see Coloring Book on my phone. Same thing is happening on certain Beatles albums - I can see them in iTunes on my computer but not on my phone.

Also, every time I try to sync all music with my phone, it will show "Syncing" for 2 seconds and then immediately stop. In those 2 seconds, the Sync button on the bottom goes from gray to black. This happens no matter if I try to sync via wifi or with the cable.

Anyone know how to fix these two issues?

On iPhone under Settings: Music do you have Show Apple Music and iCloud Music Library cut on? Also in iTunes do you have iTunes: Preferences: Show Apple Music Features & iCloud Music Library & Add songs to Library when adding to a Playlist check?

Everything is selected on my phone and in iTunes.

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but if you have iCloud Music Library on, you cannot sync music to the phone via iTunes. You're supposed to download it directly from the cloud. If you connect the phone to the computer and click on the phone icon in iTunes, you should see a hint to that effect in the Music sync section.
