iTunes: Backup error -30

Hi everyone, it's been a couple of weeks that for some reason I can't back up my iPhone anymore as the back up cannot be saved on the computer. Any ideas? I've already re-installed iTunes and it didn't work!
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
