iTunes buy buttons greyed out

Forgive me if this has been posted before.
On my ip5 I am unable to buy music via iTunes, the prices are greyed out. How can I fix this?

This used to happen to me also on my 4S when iOS 6 was first introduced but it went away shortly after a few days. When i got my iP5 i no longer see this problem. Try maybe restoring?

Do you have the iBookstore disabled in Restrictions?

If you do, switch it back on, it's a bug in iOS 6.
