Itunes can't be found

Hi,
Just restarted my Imac and it seams the Itunes is no longer on my mac.
I have one user (anyway Itunes suppose to be shared?)
The logo still appear on my dock but went I click on it there's an interrogation point (?) right on the logo.

I've made a research on the computer and I can't find the Itunes application.
Tried to download it again and again but it still doesn't want to work.
Do you have any idea of what is happening? (hidden file, update needed...)

Did you look in the /Applications folder? How did you search your computer?
