itunes can't see burner

I have an External LG burner using the USBs.
When I click on the Burn disc button it says, itunes can't find burner.

I have Toast but would like to get this working.

What do I have to do ?

Restart iTunes and/or unplug/re-plug burner and/or restart the Mac.

Sometimes iTunes and Toast refuse to see a LaCie burner I loan quite a lot. Unplugging and re-plug normally helps... 🙂
