HELP 🙁

I bought the LOST Season 5 HD season pass...
i went and moved the files to my external hard drive and deleted those on my mac...

now when i try to add the files into itunes it just says processing... then... nothing... the files do not show up anywhere...

maybe its something to do with them having both a HD and SD version?
I cant even restore them because the TV show folder seems to have been deleted under itunes music 🙁🙁

help please 🙁
