itunes constantly saying i changed settings to my phone apply or dont apply

what is up with is when i nagivate out of the iPhone tab within itunes it says i changed settings when im not even changing anything?? im quickly glancing at say how much space i have left and it tells me to apply/dont apply changes 😱
 
You changed something that syncs to your phone. This can be as simple as selecting a playlist checkbox.

If you want the change to take place, then yes. Click apply.
