    Hi there,

I know that there is no way to do this in iTunes itself, but I am interested to know if there is any 3rd party software that would do it.

I have about 120GB of movies & TV Shows on iTunes, however they are all stored on my external FW800 drive. I am using a MBP, and so obviously do not always have my external drive with me.

My question is; is there any way to do with my mac what I do with my iPod Touch and have iTunes sync 20GB of unwatched files onto the internal drive and then it will load from there if the external is unplugged.

This will let me keep the unwatched movies on my internal hard drive and so have them wherever I am - and hopefully will delete them from the internal once I have watched them - just as my iPod does when i watch a film on it and sync it.

I hope that i have made it clear what i am looking for, and also hope that there is something that can do what I want!

    Thanks.
