Running itunes 12.3.3.17 on Win 10
While working with itunes it will crash occasionally. I get a popup stating iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. When I restart iTunes I have to setup as new. All my preferences reset to default and I have to sign in again. When I connect the ipad, itunes sees the ipad as new and only offers me the choice to set up as new or restore from a backup. Does this with my iphone 5s also.
Last time I connected successfully was January (i don't sync or backup often).
This happened once before when I wanted to update my jail broken ipad to newest version of stock iOs. I assumed the jail break was causing the issues. I don't want to have to setup my ipad as new everytime I update iOS and try to sync.
