iTunes Crashes when opening

Hello All,
iTunes keeps crashing when I try to open it. It's trying to open in full screen mode, then crashing. I've tried reinstalling it from the Applications disc and deleted it in Terminal, then reinstalling it and none has worked so far. I've attached the crash log if it helps. I'm having use VLC Player to run playlists for a live trivia game that I host, so please help quickly!!!

I'm running iTunes 10.5.1 on OS X 10.7.2. My computer is a Mid 2009 13" MacBook Pro with 8gb of Ram.

Maybe rebuild the library file
