    Hi all,

I have just discovered an extremely strange issue with syncing my iPhone with iTunes...

Basically, whenever I sync my iPhone, iTunes gets stuck at the message "Syncing". Only way to stop it is to disconnect and close iTunes, but means I can never sync.

Tonight I discovered how to fix it...right-click on the iTunes bar in the taskbar while it is stuck! When I do this, suddenly iTunes comes back to life and carries on syncing as normal. Literally, all I do is right-click on the taskbar icon for iTunes (I don't even click on a menu item).

Anyone got ANY idea what is causing this? I think it might be a Windows 7 issue?

    Tech:
    iPhone: v2.2.1
    iTunes: 8.1
    OS: Windows 7 RC1

    Pinksteady,

Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 RC Support Forum located here http://tinyurl.com/9fhdl5 . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams. You may want to post your question there as well for additional support.

Also, another great resource is Microsoft Springboard.
