iTunes crashes when trying to Sync

Weird, and looks like Im not alone atm,

Lion 10.7.2 - Mid 2010 MBP i5, iTunes 10.5, iOS 5 - 3GS 16GB


When updated sucessfully to iOS 5 - conected to wifi and restored iCloud backup, there is no chance to sync with iTunes and just after I hit button Sync it gets to step 4/4 -> applying changes or whatever is there - then it just crashes.

Ok Ive solved this issue by installing iTunes 10.5 beta 6.1 with Match - weird, but its does work.
