Hi have any of you had problems where someone has managed to used your Itunes account to buy music, well if you do you are well & trully screwed by Itunes, they blame you for this & ban your bank/credit card & say they investigate but when this happened to me they never talked to me, they just baned my card. After many e-mails they then told me in my words not their do e-mail again, they did say that as far as they were concerned the casus was closed & they will not answer any more of my e-mail, what a joke, customer service, ha they do not know what that is
