I had never enabled the iCloud Music Library on my computer or phone and today I started my Apple Music trial directly on my phone. When I went to sync my phone with my computer I saw that the playlist I had created from on my phone wasn't showing up on the computer so I did what I thought was enabling Apple Music to sync, when I realized it was turning on the iCloud Music Library and trying to match I stopped it. In those brief moments, iTunes completely erased all of the songs from my playlists on my phone and computer.

Is there anything I can do to restore my playlists or am I going to have to completely rebuild them?

Restore from a backup, if you have one.
