itunes deleted songs

is there any way to get songs back onto my computer that have been deleted, but were paid for in itunes?

and how can i get the media off my ipod touch onto my macbook, there is no enable disk use option in itunes. any way? thanks😕

Give Senuti a try. When you delete a song you have to confirm you want to send it to the Trash as well. Do you use Time Machine?
