iTunes doesn't display album art properly

Ever since I upgraded to itunes 7, it's not been showing album art properly.

Before, it would show the album art of whatever song was playing at the time. However, it now shows the album art of whatever song is highlighted, even when another song starts playing.

Any idea what is causing this?

Immediately above the album art is a small 'title bar'. You will likely find that it presently says "Selected Item". Click on that title bar, and it will change to "Now Playing", which will restore the functionality you are expecting.
