iTunes dupicates - how to fix?

I bought a new MBP today. I have transferred my iTunes library from computer to computer and to a back up external hard drive, and now imported that file to my MBP. Everything seems to be in triples now. Other than manually deleting the files which are listed but do not exist, is there a way to fix this? Right now, every file shows three times but two of the times there is no file, just than name with the ! next to it to show the file is missing.

If I recall correctly there is a script over at the Doug's iTunes Scripts site that can automate that.
