iTunes Email

Hi

I'm trying to change my hotmail address to my mobileme address on iTunes but it says a i cannot do it, i get the following message

So i try signing in with my Mobileme account and it says

What am i doing wrong?

Quiet simply, you can't change it to a MobileMe email, since the creation of a MobileMe account creates a corresponding iTunes account, so if you try to change the email of an existing iTunes account to a MobileMe address it wont let you since an account with that email already exists.

ahh ok, so can i move my iTunes account to to Mobileme account?

If you're looking to connect or merge those accounts, I would check with iTunes Store support, but chances are they will not be able to transfer purchases from one account to another. Make sure you choose the right sub-topic (iTunes Store Account and Billing->Edit Account information) and then the Email Us option.
