itunes error -42650

has anyone else encountered itunes error -42650 when playing songs from apple music (even those made available offline)?

it only started today. i'm currently in China (no apple music here) subscribed in the UK. anyone else had the same thing?

[edit: doesn't happen when i turn wifi off and disconnect from the internet. so i guess it must be a location check-back thing? that kinda sucks, i was starting to enjoy apple music!]
