iTunes Error -600

The application “iTunes” can’t be opened.

Never seen this error before, running OS X 10.9.4 and 11.3.1 iTunes.

Tried to do another install of iTunes but when I tried that the installer said I needed to close iTunes.

It's not open, and doesn't appear open in the force quit menu either.

Have you tried restarting your Mac. From what I have researched, this can solve the problem. Once restarted, try opening iTunes again.
