iTunes folder location!

Hey guys, I've looked for this but could not find it. I am looking to move my iTunes folder out of my c drive and off to another drive because I want to update to an SSD drive and don't want it hogging up my c drive. Can I move it to a secondary drive and have it sync there? How do I do this? Thanks😕

Enter the new location in iTunes preferences, and then consolidate the library.

For clarification - don't move the folder manually. Let iTunes do everything.
