iTunes for iMac G4

Howdy everyone! (first time posting!)

I just recently got an iMac G4 800mhz up and running and now I'm attempting to get iTunes working on it, I got an older version (8.2.1) but it cant access the iTunes store for some reason. Is there a newer version that can run on my hardware?

What Mac OS X version do you have on that Mac?
Go to the and choose "About This Mac" and report back.

If you're running Tiger the last version is 9.2.1. http://appldnld.apple.com/iTunes9/061-8725.20100722.Bhnyt/iTunes9.2.1.dmg

whoops i knew i forgot something! i'm running 10.4.11
