just got an iphone, first time and the syncing w/imac has gone wrong.....separated iphone from mac no more sync, direct or wifi......sync has screwed up itunes and must revert back to previous library from time machine...upgraded itunes and safari as per apple and worried if replacing itunes will create problems due to new upgrade ...... (new phone works well - good sound great camera/video, nice graphics.......however with i cloud, syncing, poor battery performance and a confounding amount of comical apps and tweeks its been stripped down to phone, media center and camera ).....thanks for help

can you repeat the problem without the "telegraph" explanation.
ex: "I just got an iPhone and it won't sync to my iTunes over wifi..."
then we will gladly solve your problem.

thanks for the response this is a bit difficult to articulate; itunes, on the mac, after being synced to phone first time began to duplicate audiobooks and refused to load album covers, an attempt to reinstall from time machine several times with different versions, 12.7, 12.6, failed. Not using corrupted backup, eliminated itunes from backing up when problem started......i hope this is clear ......
