iTunes hanging syncing with iPhone

Since I upgraded to Leopard, when I try to sync my contacts, calendar and e-mail accounts, it just hangs on "sycing contacts" any ideas?

Had the exact same problem tonight. Read this elsewhere and it worked for me:

Go to iSync (in your Applications) - go to "Preferences" and hit "Reset Sync History".
