iTunes help please

After ten hours of standing in line i get my new phone get home and dont have the newest itunes. I try to install and it says this the feature u are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable... any ideas? thanks guys

I'm guessing you are on Windows (since this is a Windows error):

Remove all Apple-related software from your computer and reinstall iTunes.

Yea im on vista. I tried to uninstall and it says the same thing. Very frustrating.

Do you have any other Apple software installed? Remove EVERYTHING.

When you reinstall iTunes, try changing the location of where it installs.

Still can't get it no matter what I do. Any ideas guys? I really wanna get my new phone working. I would call apple but there closed
