Are you logged in under the same iTunes account (make things easier)
What type of network are you trying to access the additional content from? WiFi/Hardwired etc
Have you tried hooking your devices up to the computer running iTunes and syncing a couple movies over to them? I believe you have to do that before the Downloaded and Home Sharing parts of the TV app start working right.

Home Sharing on iOS has always been problematic for me. The TV app just made it worse. It works great on my Apple TVs, but trying to do anything with it on my iPad has been useless. I can stream purchased movies from the cloud more easily than I can stream from my Mac.

The TV app shows the Downloaded and Home Sharing inks.
When try to access the there is a spinning ball in the centre of the screen.
Left it alone for 5 hrs......nothing.
Well using speed test is get around 60mbs - 150 mbs ( depends on location).
I have tried sitting in front of the router and getting 150Mbs and tried connecting , still the same . Music works fine but not TV/ Video. It does not even load the videos / TV available , just circular pills going round and round.
I have another Mac using Home Sharing , hard wired , works fine , smooth playing / scrubbing .
I wish I can see he background working of Home Sharing , where is it stuck?? Why doesn't it time out or show an error ??
