Hello Community,

here is my problem.
1. 2 Mac's (iMac, Macbook) and 2 iDevices (Iphone 3GS, Ipad2).
2. My Macbook is the MAIN Mac and my iMac my SECONDARY Mac.
3. When I create events on the iDevices, I can sync them without any problems to the MAIN Mac. Due to a little trick, I made sure that both Itunes on either Mac's have the same ID. (I'm pretty sure most of you know what I'm talking about).
4. Syncing music from both Mac's onto the iDevices is no trouble, but when it comes to syncing contacts and apps, only the MAIN Mac gets the benefit of getting synced with the iDevices.

What I want is that WITHOUT a MobileMe Account in place, as it is getting replaced soon with iCloud, I want to be able to sync events created on the iDevices with both Mac's instead of just the main one. Does anybody know whether iCal uses the same ID structure as the iTunes Library?

Thanks in advance folks.
