iTunes ID Account support. (Or lack of it)

    Hey guys

    My iTunes account got hacked recently, 9 gift purchases made.

    My account got disabled to prevent further spenditure. I emailed Apple Support 5 days ago but I still haven't been reactivated, or my money that was stolen reinstated. Getting slightly frustrating in that I've had no feedback apart from one email over 3 days ago.

    I'll keep trying, and sending them emails. I called up, but was told no one in the itunes customer support apartment can be reached by phone about my matter, so I just have to keep emailing them.

    So, has anyone else had something similar? How long did you have to wait?

    Happened to my granddaughter. Was about a month or so before she got her dough back.

    A month!? I'm getting so anxious about it and it's been only 5 days.

    I find their lack of interest and activity over account fraud astonishing.

    Im just going to keep have to keep pestering them with emails until they respond.
