ITunes importing problems

I am new to this forum and hope I am asking my question in the right place.

I have a bunch of CDs with MPeg4 files on them from a friend's MAC I can not get to import into my Itunes on my PC. I can get the files to play in Windows Media Player and the files will actually play in ITunes until I remove the CD from my PC.

Please help!

With iTunes open and the file playing, click "Import CD" bottom right of iTunes.
