iTunes in the browser?

I am completely new to mobile me services. My question is will we be able to log into our new iCloud accounts and listen to out iTunes music in the browser? Or does the music have to be downloaded into a desktop version of iTunes or onto an IOS device to listen to it?

It doesn't seem very difficult to make a web front end for iTunes so people could listen to music on a computer without iTunes. Maybe this is a feature and I am just clueless.

From all info released so far iCloud IS NOT a streaming service. It is a upload/download backup service.
