iTunes in the Cloud doesn't work for podcasts?

I have upgraded to iOS 5, iTunes 10, turned Automatic Downloads for Music and Apps on my iPhone, turned on syncing of everything in iCloud on both my Macs and my iPhone and still don't see Podcasts that are downloaded to my Mac show up on my iPhone.

Does anyone know if this is even supposed to work?

If it doesn't that seems pretty lame.
