    Hi all,
I recently lost all of my music due to an external HD packin' in. It made me wonder whether i could utilise all of the free space that is available on the web to store and directly access (from itunes) all of my music. maybe over an ftp or afp protocol or something. a lot of these storage solutions are only accessible over http thus making them non viable as a place to store an itunes library (i think(advertising?)). does anyone know of such a storage haven or some kind of a workaround? much appreciated in advance for any possible responses. Danny.

You're not going to find that for free.

It will be over HTTP only so they can get ad revenue. If they allow FTP or AFP, they're allowing you to bypass their ads.
