iTunes - iPhone - Sync *with new computer

I just talked to a guy on craigslist and he said he will buy my MBP.

Problem is, I have my iPhone synced to it.

So I was wondering if there is a way I can copy some folder in iTunes directory that would save all playlists off iTunes and keep the same everything pretty much.

I will most likely wait for the new MBP for my next purchase.

I would sync everything in iTunes to the iPhone, and go to your new computer and right click and click on transfer purchases and then back it up.

Try making a Time Machine backup of your Mac then restoring to that backup on your new computer.
