itunes is not backuping all apps

Hey



I am backuping my iPhone 6S and while restoring the backup to my new iPhone 7 the whatsapp chats aren't being restored at all and also the back up on iPhone 6S was supposed to be around 55GB while it's showing on iPhone 7 only 40GB.



There are some other stuff that aren't being restored like the songs and other apps maybe. But what I care about is Whatsapp chats. so what's wrong?? how can I fix this issue??

I'm facing the same issue restoring iTunes backup on the same phone. Whatsapp photos are restored but showing blank.

Try backing up Whatsapp data using iCloud.
