iTunes isn't backing up devices

So, iTunes hasn't backed up either of the iOS devices since they were updated to iOS5. Do we have to manually backup the devices now?

The units have sync'd but don't appear to be backed up based on whats displayed in iTunes.

I am having the same thing! Anyone know why this is happening? The WiFi sync doesn't seem to backup it as well.

Anyone else seeing this problem? According to the data in iTunes none of my iOS devices have backed up since 10/12.
