Itunes Jailbreak 1.1.3 problem

I jailbroke an ipod to 1.1.3 and with the apps. When i conenect to itunes it prompts me to buy the upgrades. i click skip step and every time it brings me to the music store. I tried Restoring it but it fails to do so..

Any help would be great.

Disconnect yourself from the internet when you plug your ipod in to stop it from contacting the iTMS, this stops the 'upgrade' from popping up and allows you to sync, annoying but it works

easier way.

instead of unplugging your internet, look at the top middle sections where it shows the activity of itunes, when it says accessing itunes store, click the small "x" to cancel, this will take you to the page with your ipods spec.

as far as I know this issue is still impacting all users, even those who actually purchased the apps
