iTunes Just Likes To Keep Opening and Opening and Opening

Since about half an hour ago, iTunes is opening itself about every 3 minutes.

Any ideas why? My ipod is not connected btw. That's what I at first thought.

This was a particular problem of mine back when I ran the Konfabulator/Yahoo iTunes widget.
