iTunes keeps launching on PC with WiFi Sync

Searched and didn't see this issue.

I set up WiFi sync with my iPad2 to my PC and for some reason iTunes keeps launching every few minutes. The iPad is not plugged in or trying to sync. Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a fix for it?
