iTunes keeps loading itself

Ever since the recent updates of iTunes (7.4.2) my iTunes won't stay 'quit' on me. It just opens itself up every 5-10 mins, I quit it and then a few mins later it turns itself back on. It doesn't prompt for anything, like it needs a password or whatever, it just turns itself on.

It's annoying. Anyone else suffering from this?

Macbook 2 Ghz Core 2 Duo, 1.5GB RAM, 10.4.10

yeh i have had this problem too. However I have since restarted and repaired permissions and it hasn't done it at all 🙂

Ah! Permissions repair. Of course! I usually do that often enough, but I guess I haven't since this update. THANKS!
