iTunes keeps opening on my computer every 5 minutes

Since upgrading iTunes keeps opening on its own. Its not syncing with my phone, and I haven't plugged my phone into the computer or plug in the wall, but iTunes just keeps opening on its own, anyone else have this problem/know what to do?

Yes. Does that mean that just by walking in my house my phone automatically links with my computer now, I'm not sure I like that, it should only link when I manually sync it or when I plug into the wall.
