iTunes library was deleted, can't sync Help!

So my dad deleted my whole 417 song itunes library off my laptop and now I go to add new music to my iphone and when i try to sync my iphone it says it will delete everything, So when i try to check the box that says "manually manage music" it says it will erase also if i try applying the new setting....

What do i do?? How do i add new songs to my iphone like this???

If you are sure ALL the songs is been re-added to iTunes then go ahead and let it erase the phone, that's how it works,
