I have an iPhone X with the most recent apple music changes. I also have an iPad mini 4 and a 2017 Macbook Pro. The iPad and Macbook get MOST of my library, but the changes are not syncing. I created a new playlist on my phone that I titled "headphone test", track that I thought were good to test out new headphones. I'm using that playlist to watch and see if the syncing is occurring.

Now, if I add a playlist on my iPad, it DOES appear on the Macbook AND the iPhone. Conversely, I added a test playlist on the Macbook, but it does NOT appear on the iPad iPhone.

I feel like I've gone over every option to make sure it's set to sync, including manually syncing in itunes, as well as even manually connecting a usb cable. That darn playlist just will not show up.

I want to organize all my music, but I don't want to do it from my phone, and Im afraid if I do it from my Macbook I'm going to all different versions of my apple music library, and one will overwrite another and it will be one big hot mess.

In the past, the syncing just seems to take time, but now it's just not occurring. Is there something obvious that's just right in front of me but im not realizing? iCloud Music library is enabled on all devices.

Edit: Maybe an easier way to summarize

iPhone -> Macbook = Not Syncing
Macbook -> iPhone = Not Syncing
iPad -> Macbook = Syncing
Macbook -> iPad =Not Syncing
iPhone -> iPad = Not Syncing
iPad -> Iphone = Syncing

Also, I just signed out and then back in of iCloud on my iPhone and the playlist that I was trying to sync is not completely gone... 🙁

Thanks
