Which is the file that consists the library of the iTunes application? I want to go back using TimeMachine to an older phase of iTunes.

It's the .itl file. At least on OS X.

Its very strange that after applying the latest itunes update (11.4), i now have a problem regarding the song fonts. Native language names for songs are no longer displayed correctly, where as before there was no such issue!

I don't seem to have such issue. Although I don't have many non-english-labeled titles.
But couple that have Cyrillic titles, seem to have survived the iTunes update.
