iTunes: Lost all playlists and don't have XML file

OK so I lost all of my playlists while trying to fix something on my mac. I have backups of all my itl files but nothing for my xml files. Is there any way to recover all the playlists that i created using the ITL files?

I do have a backup of my entire iTunes library without the XML file as of last weekend. If I delete the existing library and restore that library would the playlists comes with it?
