I've had to turn on iTunes Match 3 times on my Macbook Air now. Every time takes overnight to completely sync.
I'm thinking it might be because my iTunes library is actually on an external hard drive that I have connected to my Airport Extreme. When I fire up iTunes after it's been off for a while and my Air has been out of the house, I have to direct my iTunes on my Air to my music library on the external hard drive.
But why can't it just remember that my account has already been connected and verify that with my iTunes song list? Do I really need to "turn on iTunes Match" every time I connect to my iTunes library? What a PITA.
