iTunes Match err -50

I am trying to download my library and about a dozen songs are stuck in downloading and get error -50. When I click download they start going and get half way, then stop. I tried turning off itunes match and turning it back on and nothing.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I cured it by de-authorising my computer from iTunes, then re-authorising.
It took a while to reload my Library, but all good afterwards.

Did that and still same results. This is what I did

Turned off itunes match
Deauthorized computer
Closed itunes
Went into itunes folder and removed the contents of the downloaded folder
Opened itunes
Authorized computer
Turned on itunes match
Tried to download a song

The download gets to 100% and then gives me error -50
