iTunes match keeps turning off

Is anyone having an issue where itunes match keeps turning off in the settings? I seems to happen everyday it's getting annoying. Any tips on how to prevent this from happening?

Now it keeps downloading the same songs over and over any advice from anyone on here?

You should list a bit of computer info to get this moving.
