iTunes Match Library & iCloud Apple Music Library?

Is it possible to create another iTunes library with iCloud?

So I have all my old iTunes match songs in one library and then my new iCloud Apple Music songs in another?

I kinda want to start again because my library is a mess (over 150GB of my music from years ago).

I don't want to delete them all because they're nice memories lol, but they're confusing in their current state...

I'm having a massive musical headache since using Apple Music and iTunes!

It seems as if Apple Music was not designed to be used alongside an existing library.
I really wish I had known that before I signed up.
If I switch of Apple Music or iCloud on my Mac all my music disappears!!
