I need help, my iTunes Match is not activating on my PC.

I recently replaced my old PC with a Lenovo Thinkpad T470s running Windows 10. On my old Sony Viao I had iTunes Match activated. I use iTunes Match to share and los songs that are not found on the Apple Music store, such as for example international songs from my native country that do not have an iTunes subscription.

On my old PC it wasn’t a problem I was able to upload all these songs on the cloud and then easily download and play them on my iPhone music with cover flow as songwriter detail. On my new Thinkpad when I attempt to activate iTunes Match by clicking on the “Store”, “add this computer”...once I log in it just hangs I never get to see the iTunes Match label back on the library tab and the “add this computer” button becomes like graded out.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Have you de-authorized all your 'old' computers?

Never mind I found what the issue was. It was related with iTunes not recognizing any song in less than like 128kbps bibrate and some of my songs were at 56kbps that was why it wouldn’t upload. I was getting the error “this item not elegible for iCloud music library” and I was able to find a fix, Than
